All UK Returns/Exchanges

To make a return/exchange, follow the steps below:

1 - Click 'Account' section on our website, or click here using the email used for your purchase

2 - Simply select the items you would like to Return/Exchange and submit, our team will then review your request for a return. (please specify which size you would like your item to be exchanged for in the "note" section under your return request). 

3 - we will issue a returns label for you to attach securely onto your return package.

4 - drop off a nearest post office post office / delivery office within 7 days of label being issued.

General Information - We offer Free 14 day UK Returns & Exchanges. 

Returns Policy Rules

    At StoneWolf, we are proud of our products and believe wholeheartedly in their quality and that they are fit for purpose. We hope that you are as happy with our products as we are.

    If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and you wish to return it, you can return do so within 14 days of purchase in “As New” condition.

    • “As New” means that garments need to be unworn, undamaged, scent neutral, and re-sealable to be eligible for a refund.
    • Stone Wolf Fitness Ltd reserves the right to accept or deny returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis at their own discretion.
    • Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

    We have carefully created our sizing charts for each item to help you with your purchasing.

    If a return is not requested directly to us and our own returns label is not used and the order is returned at your own expense we are unable to reimburse the cost.

    Returns of garments that are part of our discount codes : if partial returns of these kits/discounts are returned, the customer will not be able to return the discounted item without then paying the full garment price for the item not returned (keep the discounted price). ie. If purchasing multiple items creates a discounted rate, but a single item would be full price, returning the second item would void the multi purchase offer and require full price payment for the single item before issuing a refund amount. 

    You, the customer, have duty of care until the package is back at our facility. You are solely responsible for the safe packaging and return of your order to Stone Wolf Fitness Ltd. Stone Wolf Fitness Ltd are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by any delivery service.

    • The package is still under the customers duty of care until the package is received at our facility.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring returns are well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

    All gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

    Once items are received at our warehouse returns are processed as quickly as possible. Funds will be credited to original payment method ONLY and should appear in your account by the end of that weekend.

    ** Please note - if a UK customer returns an exchanged item, the second shipping rate will be deducted from the final refund amount at the standard/express shipping rate used.


    1. International Returns

    Our 30 day returns policy rules apply to international orders as with UK orders.

    We understand, however, that overseas postal services can sometimes take longer than expected, so to ensure that your return is within the 14 days return policy, please send proof of receipt for sending your order back to us, clearly marked within the standard 30 days of delivery to with you order number, items to be returned, and all relevant information.

    • the package is still under the customer’s duty of care until it has been received at our facility.

    1. Exchanges (UK)

    If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the same process to return your item. Clearly outline which item is required for exchange, and what alternative size you need your item exchanging for.   

    Exchanges are for the same product, on a like for like basis ONLY. (i.e., a different size/colour in the same item).

    If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order. 

    We will send out the exchanged product upon receipt of the returned garment at our facility within 1 business day.

     Please note - if a customer returns an exchanged item, the second shipping rate will be deducted from the final refund amount at the standard shipping rate (£3.50).


    1. Faulty Goods

    At StoneWolf, we are proud of the checks put in place to ensure the excellent quality of products on our website. All garments are subject to multiple checks during manufacture, shipping and order fulfilment. However, if you believe your item to be faulty, please contact our Customer Relations Team on

    Please note, faulty goods refer ONLY to manufacturing faults/errors.

    Items that become damaged due to normal wear and tear are NOT considered to be faulty.

    • Stone Wolf Fitness Ltd solely reserve the right to accept/refuse any items deemed to be faulty at their own discretion at inspection upon the items return.

    Please ensure all items have been washed and dried using the care label instructions provided.


    Please note all refunds are subject to the discretion of STONE WOLF FITNESS LTD, we reserve the rights to refuse any item we do not believe fits into our returns policy. All refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method ONLY. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

    Amounts will be refunded in the currency used to make the original purchase. Currency rate fluctuations may mean this amount will vary to the original price.
